The admin knows everything perfectly well—it's not about Ryzhov breaking the rules (he doesn't).
It's about the moral aspect of Ryzhov's manipulations on the site. And so you fell for it, judging by your enthusiastic response to him. I couldn't ignore the fact that yet another member was deceived yet again.
Speaking of the photo: here I see a mediocre photo of a tourist with uncorrected distortions, geometry, and an empty PP. It's only suitable for a personal social media page in the "Look where I've been" category.
